Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. If you place an order after 11am on any day, it will not ship until the next shipping day listed. For example, an order placed on a Friday afternoon will not ship until Monday morning.

 

We do not often experience delays, but will contact you if any issues arise.

 

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping information and tracking. Hurray!

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping cost is based on weight and size of the items ordered. You will receive a shipping quote at checkout with the costs based on your options: USPS, Fedex, or UPS. You may choose whichever option suits your needs and the price of shipping charged will adjust accordingly.

 

USPS Media Mail can take up to 10 days (or longer around holidays). If you are shipping gifts or anything that needs to arrive before a given date, we suggest picking USPS first class mail or better for the fastest shipping.

 

We cannot guarantee a package to arrive within a certain time once it is being processed by your shipping choice.

 

We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please be sure that all of your shipping information is correct before final checkout and that the address you are shipping to accepts packages.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking info once your order is processed!

Customs, duties, and taxes

Quarter Moon Imports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We do all we can to ensure we pack your order in a safe container for shipping. If any products are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns Policy

Not totally satisfied with your order? We do take returns within 14 days of you receiving your items. Once we have received the item(s) you are returning, we will refund your card the total cost of the goods, plus tax, and the portion of the initial shipping paid for the item(s) returned. However, we do not refund the cost of shipping the return back to Quarter Moon Imports.
